Archive index

Counterpedia has accumulated several generations of readers, research surfaces, demonstrations, and technical views. Entries, Sources, and the active Research library form the current public publication system. Earlier surfaces remain available here rather than being deleted or silently overwritten.

Surface history

2.0Unified public entry system

current · 2026-08-10

One encyclopedia-style entry contract across Counterpedia, with sparse optional sections and technical provenance subordinate to reading.

  • Introduced the versioned Counterpedia Public Entry Template 2.0 contract.
  • Projected the Explore-eligible research canon into partial Template 2.0 entries without changing research governance posture.
  • Added /entries and /entries/[slug] as the canonical current entry namespace.
  • Made search return current Template 2.0 entries instead of mixing old record/demo and raw research result families by default.
  • Replaced the feed-style front door with the featured entry reading surface.
  • Introduced /reading-vocabulary as the standalone guide to Counterpedia's reader-facing marks and semantic house vocabulary.
  • Reduced the current shell to Entries, Reading guide, and Archive index; older public destinations remain reachable through the Archive index.
  • Introduced the Archive index as the public catalog of current and earlier surfaces.

1.xRecord, demo, and research surface generations

previous

Earlier Counterpedia generations developed records, source traversal, refusal/history views, research readers, proof paths, examples, and experimental demonstrations as separate public surfaces.

  • Preserved at their original URLs unless an individual route explicitly records a redirect.
  • Remain available for comparison, testing, historical context, and deep inspection.
  • No earlier surface is deleted merely because Template 2.0 becomes the primary reader generation.

Current public generation

Surfaces that define Counterpedia's present publication and reading system, including Entries, Sources, and the active Research library.

Historical and superseded routes

Renamed, redirected, or superseded surfaces retained so prior links and product history remain inspectable.

  • Archive/archive

Earlier registry-oriented Archive. Preserved at its original URL and superseded in navigation by the Template 2.0 Archive index.

Superseded in the primary reader path by /archive-index.
