P1 proof path — real public record
One closed end-to-end path for a real, non-synthetic Counterpedia record: real record → public read API → DAGR governance → SRS receipts → independent verification → findings and limitation codes → explicit mutation refusal.
Boundary statement
- The producer process emits receipts via dagr-mcp; it never imports arcs_verify.
- The verifier subprocess reads serialized receipt JSON bytes; it never imports dagr_mcp internals.
- Only the serialized SRS receipt files cross the producer/verifier boundary.
- No vendored fixture was used for the public data path; every read came from the real C2 read-API producer.
- The keyring (keyring.json) is a public-key artifact; no private key material was written to disk.
- This proof path does not claim to establish the real-world occurrence of the described events.
- P0F synthetic path (canonical-proof-path/) is preserved and untouched.
This page renders committed evidence. It is not the admission, runtime, or verification authority. All nine artifact groups (record, read API responses, admission receipts, outcome receipts, refused admission receipt, keyring, verification reports, limitation codes, and the refusal) resolve to the same pinned record and edition.

Five C2 read-API surfaces called via the counterpedia_agent_demo read tools, each backed by the TypeScript bridge to the production resolveReadSurface.

No vendored fixture was used. Each read tool body shells out to scripts/counterpediaAgentReadBridge.ts → lib/counterpedia/agentReadPath.ts → resolveReadSurface — the exact function the GET /api/records/[recordId]/... route handlers wrap one-to-one.

Governed DAGR admission and outcome evidence
DAGRMiddleware (fastmcp.middleware.v0.1) admitted all five read calls. Each call produced one admission receipt and one outcome receipt. 10 total admitted receipts (10 from reads). Profile: srs.mcp.sdk_enforcement.v0.1.

Step 5
Verifier in a reciprocally isolated environment
arcs-verify runs as an independent subprocess. No producer code is imported into the verifier process; no verifier code is imported into the producer process.

Each receipt was checked against srs.mcp.sdk_enforcement.v0.1 by arcs-verify running as an independent subprocess. The eight Boolean verdicts below are the complete set of independently recomputed findings. They are not collapsed into an aggregate score.

Explicit mutation refusal
A write-classed tool call was registered and refused at DAGR admission. The tool body never ran. One refused-admission SRS receipt was emitted and independently verified.

Provenance and artifact traceability
How artifacts were captured
tools/counterpedia_agent_demo/capture_p1.py ran the governed demo against real public record CP-SIG-57 via the real C2 read API, wrote the 11 SRS receipts and keyring, then called arcs-verify as an independent subprocess on each receipt and saved the full JSON verification report. All files are committed under public/garpedia/p1-proof-path/. The provenance manifest records each artifact's SHA-256 and the producer/verifier commit pins.
