Run only after the capture-runner PR has been reviewed/merged or intentionally checked out.

Goal

Execute the P0 manifest as acquisition only.

No adjudication. No model authoring. No article prose. No source standing. No mirror substitution.

Preferred order

Run one subject first as a smoke test:

  1. titan

  2. inspect run outputs and exact artifact digests

  3. then run technical

  4. then legal

  5. then measurement

  6. finally run the full manifest only if the partial runs are clean.

Required checks after every run

  • number of manifest entries selected

  • SUCCESS / FETCH_FAILED / BLOCKED / DISCOVERY_REQUIRED counts

  • receipt count == successful capture count

  • every receipt digest can be read back and verified from object store

  • no failed attempt has a receipt

  • anchors bind only to captured digests

  • no OCR

  • no article/adjudication output

  • origin-required failures remain origin-required

  • same-artifact-section rows did not cause a network fetch

Do not "fix" failures by changing source identity

If a URL is dead:

  • capture the failure;

  • resolve a candidate origin separately;

  • add a new operator-reviewed manifest edition;

  • never mutate the old run.

Each real run is immutable evidence of what happened at that time.
